New Year: New Habits

The New Year tends to bring new pressures that we put on ourselves in the form of “resolutions”. A list of items that often sets us up for failure as we overcommit and set the bar far beyond our reach. I’ve decided it’s not worth making. How do you expect to stop (or start) something cold turkey when it has been part of your daily routine for months if not years? That being said, it doesn’t mean the new year doesn’t provide a clean slate: an opportunity to introduce some new or different habits into your routine to have your best year yet! I like to call it my less is more list; here’s what I’m planning to change in 2017:
